    Battery Service Attendant

    Job description
    The Ideal candidates will be flexible to work nighttime 12 hour shifts and overtime as needed. The schedule will be on a 3 days on 3 days off basis. We're looking for candidates that have at least one year of forklift experience.

    Ideal candidates for this position will be a careful forklift operator to move forklifts and change out batteries to be charged. You will be operating a forklift with the utmost care to ensure efficiency and safety. Your job could involve driving around warehouses, storage spaces and other facilities. You must be a responsible individual with experience in driving industrial vehicles.

    Forklift Operator Responsibilities Include but not limited to:

    Will troubleshoot and perform small minor services to all forklifts at the plant, including changing of the batteries.
    Will use a robotic machine to help change the batteries out.
    Will need to report any damages, broken, or unfixable findings to the Maintenance Tech or Supervisor on duty.
    Will keep proper paperwork of job duties; battery changing log sheets, battery watering sheet, problem battery log book, & BSA log book.

    Requirements:
    Proven experience as forklift operator.
    Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment.
    Valid certification to operate forklifts.

    Residential Maintenance Technician

    Maintenance Techs perform routine maintenance duties including rough carpentry, painting and basic equipment or facility repairs. They are responsible for maintaining curb appeal of the property, buildings and common areas.

    Essential Functions:

    Primary Responsibility:
    The Operator is responsible for working safe and for all quality and reporting of the product being produced per their assigned line or lines. They must be attentive and self-motivated.     The Machine Operator will be responsible for performing various tasks to set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on assigned machines.
